WHAT I DO

I provide a one-time snapshot critique of your WIP, with:

  • a Critique Report (7-15 pages, depending on the project)

  • inline script / manuscript notes

  • two 1-hour virtual calls (Discovery + Wrap-up)

  • a curated Resource List

Think of it like a one-shot, no-continuing-relationship, developmental edit.

I point out the problems. You make the revisions.

I don’t provide:

  • Book or script coaching: ongoing mentoring from idea to final draft.

  • Developmental editing: ongoing mentoring to develop and revise your novel.

  • Script doctoring: fixing your “not quite there” screenplay

I DO critique:

  • FICTION ONLY

  • Screenplays (feature and short)

  • Fiction prose (Genre fiction - character-based and plot-based - see examples below))

  • Novels (only First-page, First-10-pages, First-chapter and Act I critiques)

  • Novellas (and pieces thereof, as above)

  • Short stories

I might consider critiquing:

  • Stage plays (feature, one-act, 10-minute)

I DON’T critique:

  • Whole fiction novels

  • Flash fiction

  • Literary fiction

  • Musicals

  • Poetry

  • Children’s picture and chapter books

  • Query letters

  • Synopses
